How to hide any File/Folder in Android without any Software

In your phone, you might have some private pictures, videos and other files that you want to hide. You want to keep the privacy of those files, a secret. For that purpose you will need to hide your files so that other people cannot accidentally run into them.

You can easily hide files that you have in your phone, using a file manager app which is most likely to be already present in your device.

Just follow the steps and after that you can also hide your private pictures, videos and other stuff.

Steps :
1. Open File Manager App in your android.

2. Click and hold the File/Folder you want to hide.

3. Click on RENAME.

4. Add " . " before File/Folder name.

5. You're done. You can see that your File/Folder is hidden now.

To see your hidden File/Folder, just go to File Manager's Settings and click on "Show hidden files".

Note : To unhide File/Folder just remove " . " before the File/Folder name.
